A message from our President
Welcome and thank you for your interest in Alpha Chi Omega. I am beyond ecstatic to say that I will be representing Alpha Chi Omega-Theta Tau at Rutgers as the 2013 President. I am studying to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. My future plans include graduate school to further my engineering education while continuing to give back to Alpha Chi Omega as an alumna.
Before joining Alpha Chi Omega I was just another transfer student at Rutgers University who had not found their specific group of friends or a home-away-from-home. When I walked through the doors of Alpha Chi Omega during formal recruitment I knew I was exactly where I wanted to be. The atmosphere was very inviting and the sisters all showed genuine care for one another. Being a lost transfer student became a part of my past the day I signed a bid card and I wouldn’t change a single thing about my decision to become a lifetime member of Alpha Chi Omega. Being a college student only lasts for four years, but being an Alpha Chi Omega is a lifelong experience.
My decision to become the president of this amazing chapter came easily. Alpha Chi Omega has given me so many opportunities to travel, meet new people and make new friends, all while helping me become the best version of myself. I am proud to be an Alpha Chi Omega and I encourage everyone to take the time to see what we are all about!
Loyally,
Cassandra Kotsolakis
Theta Tau Chapter President
